What THE SAKAI is aiming at


As a restaurant, The Sakai aims to contribute to the health awareness of our customers through the food. Since I came to Europe I have been deeply impressed by the high level of health- and environmental consciousness here. On the basis of the Japanese cuisine which is in general very well- balanced, we try to select eco-friendly ingredients, to use healthy cooking methods, and most important of all, to provide joyful dinnertime with delicious dishes.
